Wendy was patient and spent a great deal of time explaining processes and procedures. Although I had a limited amount of money to spend, Wendy treated me with the kind of attention that made me feel important and cared about me. It took months to find a place that met my needs and was in my price range, then it was a very hard escrow. Wendy was tenacious in her protection of my interests. If she had not been, I would have later incurred high costs and expenses I could not have afforded. I will recommend Wendy to others.
