  • Recommend which pre-sales inspections are appropriate for your property
  • Help you prepare your home for sale with recommendations for the right repairs or the right updates and possible consultation with a staging professional if needed
  • Provide an excellent list of qualified subcontractors
  • Provide knowledge of construction and repairs so that I can keep my clients educated and personally involved to make the right decisions for the transaction
